The skin, a scroll upon which to mark forever our thoughts. Ouch!

Hmm. I’ve been trying to find someone for years to out the Nicene and Apostles’ Creeds on my arms in Greek for years, and have had no such luck. I couldn’t imagine putting down secular literature on my corpus, though…

Any good tattoo artist should be able put whatever you want on your flesh. All you need to do is come up with the art — the tattooist does the rest.

My roommate is a tattooist. I’ve seen her adapt various sketches as tattoos; the process seems straightforward enough.

There’s a tattoo shop called Leviticus here in the Minneapolis. The web site doesn’t specifically say “religious tattoo”, although I think that’s their core principle. But again, any tattooist should be able to do the job, given the art.
